If you'd like to know if you can burn, please contact Fairplay Dispatch at (719) 836-4121. The fire danger and burn ban items on the main page are provided as a convenience: You still need to contact Fairplay regarding a controlled burns, each and every time you want to burn. If you don't have a burn permit, you must obtain one by contacting the fire chief.
